SKARBIEC TFI SA was established in 1997 and was the fifth investment funds company in Poland. SKARBIEC TFI is a financial institution licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (now: the Polish Financial Supervision Authority) and oriented at managing investment funds in a way ensuring the best possible investment of savings pooled by private and corporate investors and according to the investment risk reduction principles.

The Company offers investment funds meeting needs of various investors - both regarding expected rate of return and accepted investment risk. At present SKARBIEC TFI SA manages 39 funds and subfunds, which comprise assets worth above PLN 4 billion.
The Company was a frequent winner of prestigious awards, among others for innovation and profitability of managed funds. In 2002 the “Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet” daily recognized SKARBIEC as the best investment funds company in 2002 and honoured it with the Bull and Bear award. In 2006 the Company was granted the title of MARKET LEADER in the Best Financial Company in Poland category and the title of EURO LEADER. A year later SKARBIEC TFI SA was selected the best Company – that time in the ranking organized by the “Rzeczpospolita” daily and the company Analizy Online. In 2007 Skarbiec TFI was also recognized as one of the strongest brands in the “Business Superbrands” category in the ranking of the international organization Superbrands. The mission of the Company is to make a significant contribution to development of the investment funds market in Poland and to win a significant share in it. The investment philosophy of the Company is based on active and disciplined management of funds portfolios and Clients’ assets as part of the asset management service, according to strictly defined rules and in order to increase the managed assets value and - as a consequence – in order to increase Clients' income.
