Mieczysław Lewandowski

Member of the Management Board of TFI and SAMH

Graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, where he finished studies in finances and banking, major – capital markets. In 1994 he completed training at Pioneer Group Inc. in Boston and at TFI Pionier in Warsaw. From 1995 to 1996 he was employed at Arthur Andersen Polska in the audit and financial consultancy department. From 1996 to 2000 he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Polska, where he managed projects of the banking sector and investment funds and took part in consolidation and privatization processes in these sectors. From 1998 to 1999 he was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, where he supervised the examination of financial reports of the leading trust and investment funds in Great Britain (among others Fidelity, Gartmore, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Guiness). Then from 2000 to 2005 he was Vice-Director of the Finance and Audit Department of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., where he supervised the Management Accounting Section and co-created controlling models at the Bank. From 2005 to 2008 he was employed as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Hubert Burda Media holding in Poland (previously joint venture Hachette Filipacchi Burda Polska). He supervised the departments of accounting, controlling, human resources, administration and IT for four companies of this media group. In April 2008 he was appointed Member of the Management Board of Skarbiec Asset Management Holding S.A. and Skarbiec TFI S.A. He is married and has two children. His hobby is the 20th century painting and electronic music.
