Skarbiec - Ludmiła Falak-Cyniak

A graduate of the University of Lodz — Banking faculty. She has also completed postgraduate and PhD studies in Warsaw School of Economics. Moreover, she has been appointed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Professional Risk Manager (PRM), and licensed as the securities broker and investment advisor. She is a member of CFA Institute international association, Professional Risk Managers' International Association and the CFA Society of Poland.
In the years 1998 - 2001 she worked in Armada Group subsidiary (Armada Asset Management, Armada Municipal Finance) as a financial analyst and then as a project manager (proxy). She was conducting financial analyses of companies, creating securitization projects for indebted companies, and valuating companies for fund investment purposes. In the years 2001 - 2005 she was associated with Warta Asset Management, as a Manager of Investment Analysis and Consultancy. After the takeover of the company by KBC in 2005, she was appointed the Investment Director of KBC TFI. She was responsible for the entire investment process, serving also as a Member of the Management Board of this company. In July 2011, she was appointed a Board Member and Investment Director of Skarbiec TFI S.A.
