Jakub Więcek

Member of the Management Board of SAMH SA

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Organization of the Foreign Trade of the University of Łódź and the University College of North Wales. He also completed courses in management and marketing organized by the British Institute of Management, University of Virginia and INSEAD. He has been working for the BRE Bank Group since 1991. He co-created the program of sale network organization for corporate clients and at the Private Banking Department. From 1998 he performed the function of Private Banking Department’s Director. In 2005 he was appointed to positions of: President of the Management Board at SKARBIEC Serwis Finansowy and Member of the Management Board of SKARBIEC Asset Management Holding.
His primary hobby is sports. He is a representative of the AZS Łódź (University Sports Association of Łódź) in light athletics. In the period 1989 to 1992 he was a manager of Tomasz Nagórka - Poland's record-holder and vice-champion of Europe in the 60 meters hurdle race.
