The Holding consists of the following companies:
- SKARBIEC Asset Management Holding SA - is a centre of strategic activities and professionally handles private and corporate Clients in the field of selling investment funds. The company also provides marketing services for funds and financial instruments portfolios* managed by SKARBIEC TFI SA.
- SKARBIEC Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA (Skarbiec TFI) – creates product offers, manages investment funds and deals with acquisition and management of funds to clients' orders.
- ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o. - a back office of the Holding – it carries out settlements, keeps the books of the funds and registers of funds’ participants.
