We concentrate on our Clients’ needs and through the constant development of the software and processes in our company we can offer them a broader and broader spectrum of services. We support our Clients in launching novelty financial products and services, improving sales and post-sales processes and ensuring better communication and information to retail clients. Our multifunctional IT systems are based on a flexible and broad range of parameters, which provides a possibility to introduce order service processes adapted in every detail to the Clients’ requirements as well as to iintroduce changes easily and quickly. Understanding the needs and expectations of our Clients is important to us. In order to ensure a good and permanent contact, each Client has an experienced Advisor, who takes care of him, coordinates current cooperation, provides necessary information and supports projects that involve changes.

Safety

Ensuring safety of data and contingency of processes are the basic priorities of our company.
Safety of data obtained from our Clients is guaranteed thanks to advanced security systems, comprehensive monitoring processes and restrictive procedures of access. We have also introduced a Business Continuity and Recovery Plan, which ensures contingency of processes both in case of a system failure and unexpected external events. For years we have been pursuing a policy of transparency in our solutions, putting emphasis on continuous development of monitoring tools and processes. The high quality of the security and monitoring mechanisms implemented by us has been confirmed by independent auditors and our Clients.
The effectiveness of our procedures is monitored by several independent departments within our company. Regular quality and safety audits are carried out by among others the Audit and Monitoring Department, the Information Safety Administrator and the Company’s Management Board. The high standard of our audit systems has been documented and examined by an independent auditor - Ernst & Young. The result of this process is the obtained SAS70 compliance report. The information safety system has been checked by independent auditors – the Quality Systems Unit of the Ministry of National Defence, which confirmed the high quality of our solutions by granting to us the ISO 27001 compliance certificate as well as by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification, which gave us the ISO 9001:2000 standard certificate of the Quality Management System.

The Client Service Department as well as the Strategy and Development Department of ProService AT have obtained an ISO 9001:2000 (PN - EN ISO 9001:2001) certificate of the Quality Management System.

ISO 9001:2000 is an international management standard aimed at creating such an organizational system within the company, which would ensure high and repeated quality of products or services compliant with the Clients’ requirements along with applicable provisions. It applies to every organization – independent of its size and activity.
In 2007 ProService AT obtained a Quality Management System certificate for the second time. The compliance of the implemented system with the standard and the previously adopted assumptions was confirmed by an independent, external certification unit – the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification (PCBC), which is a member of IQNet, an international organization of the most important units certifying management systems. The fact of obtaining a certificate from PCBC is tantamount to obtaining an international certificate issued by IQNet and other certification units affiliated with IQNet.

The fact of obtaining a certificate provides many benefits. Most of all it involves introduction of the process approach to everyday work, introduction of the principle of management through objectives and mechanisms of monitoring, testing and analyzing processes as well as detailed specification of employee obligations and rights. The obtaining of a certificate is also evidence of introduction of an efficient management system by the company.

The ISO certificate is granted every 3 years. During this period the certification unit supervises the system – by means of the so-called supervision audits, which take place at least once a year. If it is stated that requirements of the standard are not complied with, the certificate can be suspended or the scope of certification restricted. A renewal of the certificate’s validity for another three years takes place as a result of a so-called renewal audit carried out each time at the request of an organization applying for an extension of the certificate.

SAS 70

SAS 70 is an international standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which enables an organization providing services to “companies – clients” to present implemented processes along with monitoring mechanisms both to its clients and their auditors in a uniform and coherent format. SAS 70 is an official report on the construction, introduction and operational effectiveness of monitoring mechanisms of the Service Organization (Service Centre).
The audit covered transfer agent’s services provided by ProService AT to its Clients. The scope of the audit related to services of keeping Registers of Participants, service of the Participants, service of the distribution networks, administration and valuation of the funds’ assets as well as distribution of participation units of investment funds.

ISO/IEC 27001:2007

ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o. obtained a Quality Management System Certificate, issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation and confirming compliance with the PN - ISO/IEC 27001:2007 Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard in the field of: transfer agent’s and contact centre activity and accounting for investment, pension and insurance funds, distribution of funds’ participation units, accounting of companies and activity in the field of software creation.
