Domestic Investment Funds

ProService AT has been developing services for domestic investment funds for years, by supporting its Clients and building solutions as well as professional market standards. From the very beginning we have placed emphasis on an active cooperation with our partners and on enabling them to flexibly manage the products. Thanks to an efficient system of multilevel parameterization ProService AT lets its Clients flexibly specify the principles of handling even the most non-standard investment products. We believe that the broad scope of our services lets the Investment Fund Companies concentrate on their most important task, that is on the effective management of portfolios of the participants through appropriate investment decisions. At present we are the leader on the Polish market. We are constantly striving to improve our services and we are making an effort to adapt to changes as well as to take up new challenges posed by markets, regulations and requirements of the participants.

Foreign Investment Funds

Since Poland’s accession to the European Union more and more International financial institutions have decided to start operations in Poland, by recognizing our market as prospective and seeing a chance for further expansion to the territory of the Central and Eastern Europe. From the very beginning we have been cooperating with Foreign Funds by performing the function of advisor and sub-agent in Poland. We have created effective solutions and procedures for distributing foreign products as well as standards of cooperation with many transfer agents abroad. Thanks to our knowledge and experience we have built an outsourcing offer for Foreign Funds, whose quality is evidenced by our satisfied Clients and the fact that we are currently the first-choice agent in Poland.

Insurance Companies

ProService AT has developed services dedicated to Insurance Companies and aimed at handling or supporting distributions of products offered by them.

Insurance Equity Funds

We have developed an automated process of handling Insurance Equity Funds investing premiums in units of investment funds, which only requires a minimum involvement of the insurance company. The service covers proven IT solutions, prepared operational procedures and the module of electronic exchange of data with the insurance company.

  • Service of insurance policies and placing collective orders in investment funds,
  • Electronic exchange of files with orders and result files,
  • Calculation and charging handling fees and other administrative fees,
  • Reporting according to the specification of Clients,
  • Service of the complaint process and support for post-sale processes.

Service of IKE with a life insurance product

  • Service of insurance agreements (registration of entry into the agreement, checking correctness of the agreement),
  • Service of insurance events (acceptance of events by phone, initial verification of justifiability of insurance payment),
  • Settlement of insurance premiums (recording premiums and checking arrears),
  • Correspondence with the Insured (reminders, confirmations of covering them with insurance, information on change in insurance packages).

Support for subscription of insurance products

  • Keeping a register of the Insured in the subscription period,
  • Collecting orders from the distributor in the subscription period,
  • Settlement of transactions related to premiums already paid by the Insured,
  • Explanation of incomplete premiums and instructions.

Investment funds

Since the beginning of activities ProService AT has been handling pension funds. The specialized system “Herkules”, developed by our specialists, guarantees high effectiveness and quality of service thanks to the integrated approach and the uniform IT platform.
The agreements registered in the data base are verified both in terms of compliance with legal regulations and procedures agreed with the Company. Also the unique character of the Member’s data in terms of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) interface is formally and substantially checked. The basic system handles the Member’s death procedures and provides full service of payments to beneficiaries and spouses, which ends with closing of the Member’s account in the Fund.
We have long-standing experience in handling pension funds and their members.

Employee Pension Companies/Programs for Companies

In cooperation with our Clients we create numerous products and employee pension funds, dedicated to employees of selected companies. They enable them to save money, also for the purposes of future retirement, on individual principles. Investment programs are custom-made – created on the basis of requirements of companies as well as the specific character of the product.
