The recruitment process

When seeking candidates for jobs at our company we use various methods of selection. Information on job advertisements is published on our Internet site or in the press. We base decisions taken in course of the recruitment process on the following activities:

  • Initial selection of submitted applications (CVs and letters of application)
  • Interview with selected employees of the company
  • Competence tests

Each of the newly employed people must complete obligatory initial training providing him/her information on both the company and the applicable procedures as well as preparing him/her to perform the selected job.
