ProService AT acts as an agent among the Clients, distributors and various financial institutions, such as: investment funds, pension funds and insurance companies, in particular in the field of insurance equity funds.

With its complex systems of data storage and analysis, ProService AT is able to prepare various reports on funds' participants, which may be used for information purposes or for preparing marketing campaigns.

Jarosław Orlikowski
President of the Management Board
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. He also finished postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. President of the management board of ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o. since 2001. Also vice-president of SAMH, where he supervises the holding's operations, investment risk and finances. From 1995 to 2000 he worked for CA IB Agent Transferowy, where he performed the functions of managing director, financial director and member of the management board responsible for running the Transfer Agent's department as well as Company’s accounting, controlling and finances management. From 1999 to 2001 he was a member of the supervisory board of CA IB Fund Management. Earlier he worked for Betuland Sp. z o.o. and Mivex Sp. z o.o. Jarosław Orlikowski is married and has two sons. His hobby is windsurfing and snowboard.
Katarzyna Kurzawska
Member of the Management Board
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities. Since 2007 she is a member of the management board of ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o., responsible for the company's operational department. She has been operating on the market of investment funds in Poland since 1994. From that time to 2001, during her employment at CA IB Agent Transferowy, she performed the functions of deputy managing director, member of the company's management board and chief operating officer. Earlier she worked at Raiffeisen-Centrobank S.A. and the National Bank of Poland.
Paweł Sujecki
Member of the Management Board
Graduate of the Warsaw Business School, Management and Marketing Faculty. He obtained the title of Master of Business Administration at the Polish Academy of Sciences and also finished postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, the faculty of Management Computer Systems. From 1995 to 2001 he worked for CA IB Agent Transferowy, where he was director of the Investment Funds Service Department. Since 2001 he has been responsible among others for the Strategy and Development Department and the Client Service Department at BRE Agent Transferowy. Since 2008 he has been performing the function of a member of the management board of ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o., responsible for the client service section.

Structure
ProService AT consists of two main business sections: Front Office and Back Office,
as well as Support Departments providing services for internal and external clients of the Company (that are the following Departments: IT, Accounting, Administration, Legal, Compliance and Audit).
Back Office handles all operational processes within the company that include among others: keeping registers of the participants, processing orders and requests as well as payment reconciliation, within:
- The Investment Funds Department - the department carries out transactions based on Participants’ registers in databases of ProService AT’s Clients.
- The Distribution Network Service Department - the department deals with cooperation and supports the distribution network of our Clients.
The Front Office consists of two Departments responsible for relations of external entities with the Company:
- The Client Service Department is responsible for relations with and supporting retail Clients of institutions that we are cooperating with. It covers among others such departments as hotlines, correspondence or handling of complaints in the name of our Partners, as well as the distribution section.
- The Strategy and Development Department is responsible for current cooperation with our Clients and coordination of new projects (a dedicated team of Advisors). On the basis of Clients’ requirements or its own analyses it develops and improves the offered range of products and services.
History
ProService Agent Transferowy Spółka z o.o. (ProService AT), operating in its current form, was established in January 2001 as BRE Agent Transferowy, as a result of excluding Biuro Obsługi Funduszy (The Funds Service Office), operating since 1997 as a transfer agent handling pension funds, from the bank structures of BRE Bank S.A.
In March 2001, as a result of a strategic decision to extend the range of services offered by the Company, transfer agent’s activity in the field of investment funds service was purchased from CA IB Agent Transferowy S.A.
As a consequence of this transaction the computer systems along with their respective copyrights were transferred to ProService AT (formerly BRE Agent Transferowy). In addition, the entire experienced staff handling investment funds and developing its own computer systems (for example the main systems processing data or applications supporting sale in the distribution network) was relocated to ProService AT.
Given the potential of this new company and the skills of its experienced staff, the clients of CA IB Agent Transferowy S.A. agreed for ProService AT to take over of the service’s provision.
In January 2007 the Company (along with the other asset management companies) was purchased by Enterprise Investors, a private equity fund. As a result of this transaction the Company changed its name into ProService Agent Transferowy sp. z o.o.At present ProService AT is the largest transfer agent in Poland, independent of the bank group.
