Investment Funds

Investment funds are a modern and effective method of saving.
Investment funds are intended for persons who want to increase their savings through the fullest possible use of potential of profits on the financial market but are not experts on the capital market or are too busy to carry out analyses on their own and take prompt investment decisions.

The capital raised by the fund’s participants is invested in various financial instruments (depending on the fund – shares, bonds, treasury securities etc.). Even relatively small contributions from many Participants create a considerable capital, which makes profitable investments aimed at making satisfying profits and increasing the deposited resources possible.

SKARBIEC FIO
An umbrella fund comprising Subfunds with diverse strategies and investment opportunities.

SKARBIEC FIO is an umbrella fund comprising Subfunds with diverse investment strategies and investment risk levels.

SKARBIEC FIO consists of the following Subfunds *:

The umbrella fund is addressed to Investors who:

  • seek a wide variety of Subfunds with various risk levels and diverse investment strategies
  • appreciate the possibility to select and actively change the Subfund depending on investment prospects and market situation

What you should know:

The advantage of an umbrella fund over traditional investment funds is the possibility to pay the capital gains tax later. The change in the investment strategy, i.e. a transfer of resources between the Subfunds of the umbrella Fund, does not require the umbrella fund Participant to pay the 19 percent capital gains tax each time - the tax is not collected till units from the umbrella fund are re-purchased (till money is withdrawn from the Fund). The consequence of this is that from the purchase of the umbrella fund’s participation units till their re-purchase the entire capital paid by the Fund’s Participant (less the handling fees charged by SKARBIEC TFI S.A.) is invested, despite the shifts between the Subfunds.
