- development of a full concept of the fund, including assumptions of the investment policy and legal framework of the fund's operation,
- development of a full legal documentation of the fund, including the Regulations and the prospectus or conditions of the fund’s issue,
- conducting proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in order to obtain permits required under the act on investment funds,
- management of the fund’s investment portfolio according to the investment policy provided for in the fund’s Regulations,
- administration of the fund, which comprises among others settlement of transactions carried out by the fund and accountancy of the fund,
- administration of the fund's client base (a full scope of transfer agent’s services),
- supervision of the fund's operation, carried out in the field of investment risk control,
- active charge of the existing fund in the field of product development, including introduction of changes required by legal regulations and clients’ requirements/expectations.
